Every Splash Page Gate purchase, including the initial payment and each monthly renewal payment, is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the date that payment was processed.
After 30 days have passed, we typically do not offer a refund because the referring affiliate commission connected to that order is paid on day 30.
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to stop future renewal charges.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All Splash Page Gate payments are eligible for a refund request within 30 calendar days of the date the payment was processed. This includes the initial purchase payment and monthly renewal payments.
The standard initial payment is $97, followed by $47 per month beginning with the second billing period. If you purchased through a different promotion, the amount shown on your checkout receipt controls.
To request a refund, submit a request through https://pauldarbysupport.info using the email address associated with your account. Include your name, purchase email, purchase date or order number if available, and a clear request for a refund.
2. Refund Requests After 30 Days
Once 30 calendar days have passed from the date a payment was processed, we typically do not offer a refund.
The referring affiliate commission associated with an order is paid on day 30. For that reason, refund requests should be submitted before the 30-day refund period expires.
Nothing in this section limits any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
3. Monthly Renewals
The standard membership renews at $47 per month beginning with the second billing period.
Each monthly renewal payment has its own 30-day money-back guarantee. A refund request for a renewal payment must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the date that renewal payment was processed.
Refund approval does not automatically cancel future billing unless you also request cancellation.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.
You may use the cancellation method available in your account or checkout system. You may also submit a cancellation request through https://pauldarbysupport.info using the email address associated with your account.
Submit support cancellation requests with enough time for them to be received and processed before your next billing date.
5. What Happens After a Refund
When a full refund is approved, access to the paid service, member area, software, bonuses, licenses, and related benefits may be ended immediately.
You must stop using protected Splash Page Gate software, templates, and member-only materials after your access ends.
6. Affiliate Commissions and Reversals
Affiliate commissions connected to a qualifying order are generally paid on day 30.
If a purchase is refunded before the commission is paid, or if a transaction is charged back, fraudulent, duplicated, reversed, or fails, the related affiliate commission may be canceled, withheld, or reversed.
This does not reduce any lawful refund rights.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve a billing problem.
Filing a chargeback does not expand the 30-day refund period. We may suspend account access while a payment dispute is pending and may provide transaction, login, access, communication, and policy records to the payment processor or financial institution.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method.
Your bank or card issuer may take approximately 5–10 business days, or longer in some cases, to post the credit. We do not control financial-institution processing times.
9. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. Where applicable law requires a different refund, cancellation, or cooling-off right, that law controls.
