Acceptable Use Policy

You are responsible for every page, form, claim, link, offer, script, and message you publish through your account.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects customers, visitors, service providers, Paul Darby, Inc., and the reliability and reputation of Splash Page Gate. It applies to all accounts, pages, links, files, forms, integrations, scripts, and activity using the service.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use Splash Page Gate to create, host, promote, collect information for, or link to content or conduct that:
- Violates a law, regulation, court order, contractual restriction, or another person’s rights;
- Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, defamatory, impersonating, or designed to conceal the true sender, owner, offer, or destination;
- Uses phishing, credential theft, fake login pages, fake security alerts, false support pages, malware, ransomware, spyware, adware, viruses, or harmful code;
- Promotes unlawful goods, services, transactions, or regulated activity without required authorization and compliance;
- Contains sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, or content that endangers children;
- Threatens, harasses, stalks, incites violence, or promotes hatred or discrimination against a protected group;
- Collects sensitive personal information without a lawful basis, adequate security, and required notice or consent;
- Publishes fake testimonials, fabricated scarcity, guaranteed earnings, unsupported claims, or misleading pricing and billing terms;
- Uses another person’s identity, brand, domain, customer list, or payment information without permission;
- Generates spam, unlawful commercial email, unsolicited bulk messages, unlawful texts, robocalls, or abusive notifications; or
- Creates excessive complaints, chargebacks, blocklist listings, security incidents, or other material risk.
3. Technical Abuse
- Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, disrupt, disable, or bypass the service or its security.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, source code, or nonpublic systems.
- Do not use bots, scraping, automation, or bulk activity that exceeds intended use or harms performance.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, frame, mirror, or create a competing service from Splash Page Gate.
- Do not remove ownership notices or interfere with tracking, usage limits, authentication, or billing.
- Do not use the service to test stolen credentials or payment information.
4. Lead Collection and Privacy
When collecting personal information, you must accurately identify yourself or the responsible business, explain the purpose where required, provide a legally adequate privacy notice, obtain required consent, use reasonable security, and honor deletion, opt-out, and unsubscribe requests.
You may not upload or contact purchased, scraped, harvested, stolen, or unlawfully obtained lists.
5. Advertising and Offers
Your pages must clearly disclose material terms, including price, recurring billing, restrictions, refund terms, affiliate relationships, and significant conditions. Claims must be truthful, not misleading, and supported before publication.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable links or pages, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, notify affected providers, or cooperate with lawful authorities. We may act without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, rights, or safety.
We may consider the severity, intent, history, risk, cooperation, and corrective action. We are not required to monitor all content and do not assume responsibility for user-created content.
7. Reporting Abuse
Report suspected phishing, fraud, malware, unlawful content, spam, or other abuse through pauldarbysupport.info. Include the page URL, a description, and supporting evidence when available.
