Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: July 20, 2026
By applying, accessing an affiliate account, or using an affiliate link, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Operator
The Splash Page Gate affiliate program is operated by Paul Darby, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). “Affiliate” means an individual or business approved to promote Splash Page Gate using an assigned referral link or tracking method.
2. Enrollment and Approval
We may approve or reject an application in our discretion. You must provide accurate information and keep your account, payment, and tax details current. Approval is personal to the approved affiliate and may not be sold or transferred without written permission.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate. We may require identity, tax, payment, traffic-source, or promotional verification.
3. Commission Structure
| Transaction | Rate | Amount at current pricing |
|---|---|---|
| Affiliate’s first qualifying Splash Page Gate sale | 100% of the initial payment | $97.00 |
| Each later qualifying new Splash Page Gate sale | 50% of the initial payment | $48.50 |
| Each qualifying $47 monthly renewal | 50% recurring | $23.50 |
The 100% first-sale feature applies only once per affiliate account and only to that affiliate’s first qualifying Splash Page Gate sale. A sale of another Paul Darby, Inc. product does not count as the affiliate’s first Splash Page Gate sale.
If the product price changes, the stated percentage generally applies to the net qualifying product payment actually received, unless a different commission is displayed in the affiliate dashboard or promotion terms.
4. Qualifying Transactions
A transaction qualifies only when:
- The customer uses a valid affiliate link or is otherwise attributed to the affiliate by our tracking system;
- The order is accepted and the payment successfully clears;
- The transaction is genuine, lawful, and not a prohibited self-referral, duplicate, test, fraudulent, or manipulated order;
- The customer is not already attributed to another affiliate under the tracking rules then in effect; and
- The transaction remains valid through the pending period.
Our tracking and transaction records control absent clear evidence of a technical error. We do not guarantee attribution when cookies are blocked, referral links are altered, devices or browsers change, customers clear tracking data, or third-party systems fail.
5. Pending Period, Payouts, and Reversals
Commissions remain pending for 30 days before becoming eligible for payout. Eligible commissions are paid through the payout method and schedule made available in the affiliate system or communicated by us.
We may deny, withhold, cancel, or reverse commissions connected to refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, duplicate payments, fraud, self-referrals, account abuse, prohibited marketing, tracking manipulation, policy violations, legal risk, or an error in commission calculation.
You are responsible for fees charged by your bank, payment service, or tax authority and for providing accurate payout information.
6. Taxes
Affiliates are independent contractors and are solely responsible for federal, state, local, and international taxes arising from commissions. We may require a valid tax form or other documentation before payment and may report payments where required by law.
7. Required Affiliate Disclosure
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Splash Page Gate whenever you endorse, review, recommend, or link to the product. The disclosure must be difficult to miss and placed close to the recommendation or link.
“I am a Splash Page Gate affiliate and may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
A disclosure hidden only in a footer, terms page, profile, hashtag group, or “more” link may be inadequate. You may not claim to be an independent reviewer when you are receiving or may receive compensation.
8. Truthful Marketing and Earnings Claims
All promotions must be truthful, accurate, supported, and not misleading. You may use approved product information, but you are responsible for the claims you publish.
You may not:
- Guarantee income, profits, leads, sales, traffic, conversion rates, or business success;
- Describe hypothetical, gross, unusual, or personal results as typical or guaranteed;
- Use fake testimonials, fake scarcity, fabricated reviews, false identities, or deceptive demonstrations;
- Misstate the price, billing terms, refund policy, features, ownership, or commission program;
- Claim that Splash Page Gate is endorsed by a person, company, platform, or government agency when it is not; or
- Make legal, medical, financial, or other regulated claims without lawful support and authorization.
All promotions are subject to the Earnings Disclaimer.
9. Prohibited Promotion Methods
You may not promote Splash Page Gate through:
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email, unlawful text messages, robocalls, or messages sent without required consent;
- Purchased, scraped, harvested, stolen, or unlawfully obtained contact lists;
- Malware, adware, spyware, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, invisible frames, automatic clicks, or deceptive browser extensions;
- False news sites, fake support pages, impersonation, phishing, or domains/social accounts likely to be mistaken for an official Splash Page Gate property;
- Trademark bidding, domain names, social handles, or paid-search ads using “Splash Page Gate,” “Paul Darby,” or confusing variations unless we give written permission;
- Coupons, rebates, bonuses, or incentives that misrepresent the offer or violate a platform or payment provider’s rules;
- Adult, hateful, violent, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or deceptive content; or
- Any method that creates legal, deliverability, reputation, security, or customer-support risk.
10. Self-Referrals and Related Accounts
Unless we approve it in writing, you may not earn a commission on your own purchase or on a purchase made by your household, employee, controlled business, payment account, or another account created mainly to generate a commission or first-sale bonus.
11. Brand Use
We grant approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved names, logos, screenshots, links, and promotional materials solely to promote Splash Page Gate in compliance with these Terms. You may not alter branding in a misleading way, register confusingly similar intellectual property, imply ownership, or represent yourself as an employee, partner, agent, or official representative.
12. Your Sites, Ads, and Customer Communications
You are responsible for your websites, domains, ads, posts, emails, funnels, bonuses, privacy notices, terms, expenses, taxes, and legal compliance. We are not a party to promises you make beyond the official Splash Page Gate offer. You must promptly correct or remove a promotion when we reasonably request it.
13. Monitoring and Compliance
We may review promotional methods, request copies of ads or communications, test links, investigate complaints, and require proof of consent, traffic source, or claim substantiation. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension, withheld commissions, or termination.
14. Term and Termination
Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time. We may immediately suspend or terminate an affiliate for fraud, abuse, legal risk, noncompliance, customer harm, reputational harm, or violation of these Terms.
After termination, you must stop using affiliate links and protected branding. Valid commissions earned before termination may be paid after the pending period, but commissions tied to a violation may be denied or reversed to the extent permitted by law.
15. Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, franchisee, partner, joint venturer, broker, or legal agent of Paul Darby, Inc. You have no authority to bind us or make commitments on our behalf.
16. No Guarantee and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that the affiliate program, links, tracking, pricing, product, or commission structure will remain unchanged or that you will earn any commission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost commissions caused by blocked cookies, altered links, attribution conflicts, system outages, customer behavior, third-party failures, or other indirect or consequential losses.
17. Changes to the Program
We may modify the program, commission rates, prices, tracking, payment methods, promotional rules, or these Terms prospectively. Changes will be posted or communicated through the affiliate system, website, or email. A commission already earned on a completed qualifying transaction will not be retroactively reduced except for a correction, refund, chargeback, fraud, or violation.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, submit a request through pauldarbysupport.info and allow a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution. Any court proceeding that is not required by law to be brought elsewhere must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
