Paul Darby, Inc. does not promise or guarantee that you will make money, generate leads, increase conversions, recover your purchase price, build a profitable business, or achieve any particular result by using Splash Page Gate or participating in its affiliate program.

It is possible that you will earn nothing or lose money. Business and marketing activities involve risk, time, effort, expenses, testing, and uncertainty.

2. Examples Are Not Typical Results

Any revenue figures, commission calculations, screenshots, case studies, testimonials, sales examples, projections, demonstrations, or hypothetical scenarios are provided for illustration only. They are not promises, guarantees, or representations of what you will earn.

When we show a mathematical commission example—such as 100% of an initial $97 sale, 50% of a later $97 sale, or 50% of a $47 renewal—the calculation only shows how the stated commission formula works for a valid, tracked, paid, non-refunded transaction. It does not mean that any affiliate will produce that sale or receive that amount.

Affiliates, endorsers, reviewers, and other promoters must clearly disclose any material connection, including commissions, free access, compensation, gifts, or other benefits.

5. Affiliate Earnings

Affiliate commissions are earned only on qualifying transactions that are accurately tracked and remain valid under the Affiliate Program Terms. Commissions may be pending, denied, canceled, withheld, or reversed because of refunds, chargebacks, fraud, prohibited promotions, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, failed payments, tracking limitations, or policy violations.

The first-sale commission feature applies only to an affiliate’s first qualifying Splash Page Gate sale and is not a guarantee that the affiliate will make a first sale.
