Copyright Complaint Policy

Splash Page Gate users may publish their own content. Paul Darby, Inc. will review properly supported copyright complaints concerning content hosted through the service.
1. Reporting Claimed Infringement
If you believe content available through Splash Page Gate infringes your copyright, submit a complaint through pauldarbysupport.info with:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work;
- The exact URL and description of the allegedly infringing material;
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized; and
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
2. Review and Removal
We may remove or restrict access to material while reviewing a complaint and may notify the user who supplied it. We may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
3. Counter-Notice
A user who believes material was removed by mistake may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its prior location, providing contact information, consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate federal court, accepting service of process from the complaining party, and stating under penalty of perjury that the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
4. False Claims
Knowingly submitting a materially false infringement notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting either.
